If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Policy on refunds and returns.
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the international store operated by Libi & Daughters Kft for delivery outside the United Kingdom, including delivery within the European Union and other destinations supported by our store.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear singular or plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Libi & Daughters Kft, a company incorporated in Hungary (company number 01-09-344747) with its registered office at Esztena utca 3. A. ép. fsz. 2., Budapest 1173, Hungary.
- Agreement refers to this Return and Refund Policy, which governs the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of Goods purchased from the Company.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Libi & Daughters, accessible from www.libi.com
- "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your Order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Where you are a consumer located within the European Union, this right of cancellation is provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and any implementing national legislation.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, received the Goods.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days after we receive the returned Goods or evidence that the Goods have been returned, whichever occurs first, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were received within the last 14 days
- You have the receipt or other proof of purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to your specifications or personalised.
- The supply of Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The supply of sealed Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and which were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
Certain discounted or promotional items may be excluded from voluntary returns offered by us. This exclusion does not affect any statutory rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, to ensure the safe return of the Goods. Please send the Goods to the following address:

WhatsApp: +44 7520 640127We cannot be held responsible for Goods that are damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the Goods or evidence that the Goods have been returned to us.
Refunds will be processed once the returned Goods have been received and inspected by us, in accordance with the refund timelines set out above.Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive an electronic gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, an electronic gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
